Civilian observation is a critical component of our early warning and rapid response protocols. If you have witnessed strange behavior, seen an unusual object or cryptid, or experienced unexplained phenomena (including auditory or temporal distortions), we ask that you report it immediately.

Do not attempt to engage suspected anomalies or investigate further on your own. Maintain a safe distance and submit your findings here. Submissions are reviewed by AIU analysts and may result in a follow-up contact from a field agent. Your anonymity is assured under Protocol 12.
