Abraaxys is a six-piece psych rock outfit from Columbus, Ohio, blending garage grit, jazz-rock textures, and jam-band energy into a sound they call Cryptid Rock. Known for their explosive live shows and mythic storytelling, the band uses surrealist lyrics and improvisational flourishes to conjure tales of monsters and interdimensional folklore.

Abraaxys released their debut EP Creature Double Feature in June 2025, and have recently wrapped up recording their first full-length album at Musicol Recording. They’ve played venues like Rumba Café, Café Bourbon Street, Spacebar, and The Summit Music Hall. Their music has been featured in The Bobcat Press and across Ohio’s growing DIY scene.
